Flap surgery is a section of the gingiva or mucosa surgically separated from the underlying tissues to provide visibility and access to the bone and the root surfaces.

Indications
- To gain access for root debridement
- Bone regeneration in infrabony defect
- In grade 2 and grade 3 furcation
- Persistent inflammation in moderate to deep pockets
LASER GUM THERAPY
Patient with bleeding disorders, lasers have been used quite effectively to treat patient who have various intra oral lesions.
Pulp therapy Is divided into:
- To remove the granulation tissue from periodontal structures.
- Scaling , root planing and currettage
- Gingivectomy
- Aphthous ulcers
- White lesions
- Biopsies
- Frenectomy
